Bo Pennington - Owner
Responsibilities: Client Services, Design, Supervising and New Development
In 2010, Bo moved to New Orleans and immediately found a deep appreciation for the city and its' continued revitalization. He has since become a member of the New Orleans Home Builders Association and is a Licensed Louisiana State Certified General Contractor. While he takes a professional approach, he does care for every last detail of every project that Pentek Homes takes on. Bo has extensive experience and knowledge in residential construction, high end design finishes and structural detailing. Regarding the design-build side of the company, he pushes the envelope with new ideas for more radical and unique results. His passion for building, craftsmanship and unique design has recently paved way for Pentek Homes' expansive development of new homes in New Orleans.
Emily Osborn - Office Manager
Responsibilities: Accounting and Administration Controller
Emily has been well acquainted with the Uptown New Orleans area since she was eleven. She attended Ursuline Academy for middle and high school, which is the oldest Catholic School in the country. Her time there taught her to appreciate the combination of history, architecture and design in New Orleans. She went on to graduate from Louisiana State University with a major in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in Business Administration. After graduation, she worked in diverse fields searching for the right opportunity.
Emily joined Pentek Homes in 2014 and has made herself a great asset to our organization. Paired with her passion for New Orleans architecture, her ability to maintain organization and being an all around driven individual, she has helped Pentek achieve higher levels of success.
Emily believes New Orleans attracts an eclectic mix of people – including intellectuals, fashion-minded people, artists and financiers – who are the driving factors for her continued faith in a better New Orleans.
