Project Manager / Superintendent - Full Time
​
Must have minimum of 10 years experience managing residential single family new construction high end luxury homes and light commercial. The right candidate will require zero training, possess project management scheduling software knowledge and be proficient in reading architectural, structural and MEP drawings without training. You must be willing to be in the field 80% of your day making lists of punch-out items, quality control and managing sub contractors and receiving materials. We are looking for a seasoned veteran. Interior Designer - Part Time
​
Must have a cloud based platform to both organize and catalog finish selections to share with Project Manager and client, this cloud platform must have the ability or client to sign off on selections with electronic signature. You will be responsible to help compile selections for interior and exterior paint, tile, stain colors, plumbing fixtures and lighting, get approvals from client while staying on budget and provide the purchase order / invoice for material from the supplier to our admin director.
